StarDust

Universe is infinite. However, displaying around you stars dust, you can reveal an invisible dimension - and its shapes. It seems that you are a prisoner inside an old temple. Explore this limited space. Find the exit - if you dare...

This project is an exploration game. Using LMB you spray dust in a circle - face to you. Using RMB you display dust like with a paintbrush (up/down). Pressing space, you jump. Use WASD to move. F1 to display FPS (useful for stress test). DON'T WALK ON THE PURPLE TILES - this is a trap :)

And YES, At first, it was a Scanner Sombre clone game - my entry for the 54th LD. Have fun.

PS : VFX under Unity is just incredible. I did a huge stress test with 10M particles and the graphics card is still quiet :)

01/26/24: Technical demo with many new features :

Visual Improvements using a new color system. Coyote Time added. Trap included for another gameplay. New Dust Spreader model (Meteor). New background music. Procedural mesh generation for the hexasphere, video implementation, spectrum control, dust, decay, floating effect, etc...

19/02/24: Technical demo improvements. Visual improvements (wireframe/textured mode). Some bugs fixed, etc.
